This pattern for an adorable beanie and matching booties is for sizes:

  • Newborn
  • 3 months
  • 6 months

I have designed the beanie with a stripe pattern and a bow but you can easily adjust this pattern to incorporate another design. For the booties you can use a variation of yarn colours to make them even more unique.

Techniques: The beanie is knit in the round on 4 double pointed needles. The booties are knit flat and then the back is sewn together.
(There is only a seam along the back, no seam on the bottom of the booties)

One PDF document will be provided. It includes detailed instructions as well as a picture tutorial of how to knit the booties.

An easy pattern using knit and purl stitches.
Yarn: Fingering Weight (Sock Yarn)

Needles: Set of 5 double pointed needles - US 1.5 / 2.5 mm, US 2.5 / 3 mm, US 3 / 3.25 mm

Measurements: (Unstretched)

Beanie Height - 5 1/4” / 13.5 cm
