0 – 3 months: 42 gram (89 meters)

4 – 7 months: 50 gram ( 105meters)

6 – 12 months: 62 gram (131 meters)

12 - 24 months: 72 gram (152 meters)
and
Pom-pom (handmade): 12-20 gram, or pompom ready-made 1 piece + 1 button.

ABBREVIATIONS:
K – knit
P – purl
S - sleep st
K2tog – knit 2 sts together

B & T – break off yarn leaving a long end, thread it through sts left on knitting needle, pull together tighly
