Here is another easy pattern, that produces a very nice baby hat! This pattern comes in 8 sizes (see below) and does not take very much yarn to complete. Pattern comes with a picture tutorial for the textured stitch used.

9 inch doll
10 ½ inch preemie
12 inch preemie
13 inch newborn
14 inch newborn
15 inch 0-3 months
16 inch – 3-6 months
17 inch – 6 – 9 months

• Time approximation: 45 min - 1 & 1/2 hours
  Depending on size of cap.

• Hook Size: 3.75 mm

• Yarn Brand: Lion Brand Babysoft; or Premier Primo Yarn (or other #3 light weight yarn)

• Number of Skeins: 1

• Materials: Yarn, hook, tapestry needle (to weave in ends)

• You should already know basic crochet stitches (double crochet, slip stitch, chain…etc) Picture tutorial in PDF pattern for special stitch used.
