SKILL LEVEL: beginner. You will need to know how to cast on stitches, knit and purl confidently, read a row by row knitting pattern, bind off stitches and weave in ends.

RECOMMENDED YARNS:
DK weight yarn.
You can knit with any yarn you like : wool, cotton or acrylic in DK weight / light worsted yarn.
A 420 – 440 yards
B 680 – 700 yards
C 1000 – 1050 yards

NEEDLES: US 6- 7 (4 – 4.5 mm) 29” - 38” ( 80 cm – 100 cm) circular knitting needles or size to obtain gauge.
GAUGE : on #US 6 - 7 needles (4.0mm-4.5mm)
4” x 4” (10 x 10 cm) 19 sts x 30 rows
Gauge is not important as it is a blanket and it just amends the size a bit.
