Beautifully simple, this blanket is worked all in one piece, so there’s no sewing involved. It measures approx. 71 x 73 cm, making it ideal for a car seat, buggy or Moses basket. It’s perfect for beginners as it uses just basic knit and purl stitches and the unisex design means it’s also a good baby shower gift.

Instructions are given for both a chunky and a superchunky version. I used easy care, acrylic yarns - if you use a different yarn, please check the yardage.

Superchunky: 500g, 10mm needles
Chunky: 400g, 6mm needles
