Baby Blanket Giraffe
May I introduce you? This is Geronimo. This cute giraffe is looking forward to being knitted by you. As a blanket, he will watch over your baby’s sweet dreams with all the love you have knitted into him.
The blanket is knitted with knit and purl stitches only and is therefore easy to work. Have fun knitting it.
Stockinette stitch: 17 stitches = 10 cm wide. 24 rows = 10 cm high.
With this stitch sample, the blanket will be approx. 77 cm wide and approx. 83 cm long.
• You need 1 ball of Rico Design, BASIC Super Big aran. 80% polyacrylic, 20% wool. LL: 880m per 400g. My consumption was exactly 275g. The consumption may vary a little depending on your personal knitting style. You can also use a different wool with a similar yardage.
• Circular knitting needles no. 4 (80cm).
• Sewing needle
• Scissors
