This is a simple original pattern created by myself and shows how to create a beautiful baby blanket in a block affect. It is suitable for beginners and uses straight 9mm needles and four balls of 100g yarn (unless you decide to make it bigger!) Finished item will fit a cot.

Measurement is 25inches by 48inches. I recommend using Marriner Chunky Wool at approx 1.25 per 100g.
