• Scissors

Circumference of hat unstretched:
BABY: 34 cm (13 1/4 in)
CHILD: 42 cm (16 1/2 in)

TENSION
12 sc and 13 rows = 10 cm (4 in).
7 1/2 Bobble stitches and 9 rows = 10 cm (4 in).
