It has an extraordinarily simple garter ridge pattern on the lower body, hat, and sleeves, but otherwise this st st set is as basic as they come. Three buttonholes and buttons: a good small number, but enough to give you practice. Drop shoulders and straight sleeve tops, so as to provide easy seaming opportunities. Cherry Tree Hill doesn’t have anything exact like Cotton Boucle any more, but by judiciously doubling the Silk & Merino DK and adjusting needle size, you should be able to get gauge.
