This crochet pattern for bib overalls is sized to fit an infant from 6-9 months. The garments pictured in the pattern feature traditional baby boy colors, but baby girls will look just as cute dressed in girl-color versions of these overalls.

This pattern requires intermediate skills. It is written American style with numerous photos for clarity. Pattern stitches include ch, sc, and dc.

Tutorials for a special beginning dc and a row-turning technique, both of which help eliminate the ch3 gap problem, are also included. These ideas are suggestions only. Crafters do not have to use them in order to make the overalls.

Materials include approximately 400 yards of sports weight yarn, a size F (3.75mm) crochet hook, and four buttons (½ to ¾”)
