The bunny is knit from DK weight yarn, and the nappy and blanket are knit from fingering weight yarn.
This pattern is available in Festive Knits, and also available from Ravlery with the Mama Bunny pattern (that is, the Mama Bunny pattern also includes the instructions for the Baby Bunny).

Materials
Bunny: 50 g of DK weight yarn, pair of 8 mm safety eyes, stuffing, 3.25 mm knitting needles, tapestry needle
Nappy: 10 g of fingering weight yarn, 3.25 mm knitting needles, tapestry needle, 2 small safety pins (optional)
Blanket: 25 g of fingering weight yarn (all one colour, or scraps to equal 25 g) , pair of 3.25 mm knitting needles, tapestry needle, small crochet hook (optional)

ERRATA A small mistake in the nappy pattern. The third to last row of instructions reads:
Next: k2, m1, k to last 4 sts, m1, k2.
It should read:
Next: k2, m1, k to last 2 sts, m1, k2.
