My pattern is unique as it also comes with a template to make the gift box which the boots neatly fit into.

With the video links I believe this pattern is totally suitable for a beginner as long as you have learned how to do single crochet, half double crochet, single crochet decrease and half double crochet decrease

High Top Baby Booties
Size: 0-3 months
Finished Length approx. 8cm
Time to make approx 1.5 hours per bootie

Yarn
Debbie Bliss Rialto DK (Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmarino makes the boot too small)
Colour – Ecru 002 for the sole and toe. Black for the stitching. Any other colour for the sides.

Supplies
Sharp tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
Sewing needle and cream cotton to stitch logo on to the boot
Printable card
Craft knife
Good quality paper craft adhesive
Black tissue paper for inside the box

Abbreviations
All stitches are listed in American terms
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
sc dec or sc2tog– single crochet decrease
hdc dec or hd2tog – Half double decrease

Gift Box
Print on to stiff card and cut out very carefully with a crafting knife and metal ruler. Always lightly score with the back of the knife along fold lines before constructing.
