This baby girl’s outfit is designed to fit a 4-6-months-old infant. It is suitable for every-day wear, a blessing ceremony, or a christening service.

To create a cheerful, informal look, make the dress in your favorite solid color or use a contrasting color to accent the lotus clusters in the yoke and gathered skirt. Made up in white, the photogenetic dress is an excellent choice for your baby girl’s blessing ceremony. Although it is not the typical very long gown, the dress can also serve as elegant christening attire with a modern touch.

The bonnet features a brim of lotus clusters that frame the baby’s face. It’s ribbon tie adds a traditional look to the whole outfit.

The Mary-Jane shoes, which fasten with a button strap, complete the ensemble.

A full-size, printable slip pattern with instructions for sewing and adding matching crochet edgings is included in the file. A technique for steam blocking the dress, a highly recommended step, also comes with the download.
