This gnome set was created for a friend who was preparing a woodland animal nursery. Having one gnome among the many animals was a perfect fit. This cute cocoon set is fun to make, and it’s a great gift for any newborn. It can be created with a fuzzy, bulky yarn or by working with two strands of worsted weight yarn. Use this set as a photo prop and after the photo shoot is completed. The beard and belt can be removed, and the hat and cocoon can be used separately, to keep baby warm.

The hat and cocoon are knitted, and the beard, belt and buckle are crocheted.
