Simply adorable baby set that is functional as well as sweet.The ties help to keep those boots on little feet. Very easy to make, a slightly more experienced beginner should be able to make this set without any issues.

The Preemie Project has been referenced for measurements, specifically for Preemies, as these precious little ones are quite tiny. The hat is a simple beanie, works up fast. The booties can be structured like a boot or can be made with soft sided soles for a true bootie. The cuff is slightly on the looser side to make it easy to get those little feet into the boot. The boots can be made with or without the ties, shorter or longer, all explained.

100 - 120 grams / 3.5 oz should cover all sizes but the 1 Year, if you should decide to make the boots longer. Pattern can be made in DK yarn as well, using a size smaller hook and working up 1 size.
