These cute baby booties have are a quick and fun project. There is a simple fair isle detail of two rows that create the row of hearts around the ankle.

These booties are worked flat with 4.5mm needles from the bottom up (garter stitch bottom) up as one piece. The top of the booties are ribbed and then folded over.

The pattern includes instructions for two sizes with circumferences around the ankle of 4” for size small and 5” for size medium.

The sample is knit with aran weight cotton, Drops Paris (100% Cotton) in Off White and Rusty Red.

The pattern includes a chart for the two fair isle rows.
