The pattern is used to protect heated baby jar. It permits to maintain the temperature and protect hands.

Size and gauge are note revelant the best is to begin with a foundation chain that fits perfectly the jar (for the side). For the bottom, crochet a circle that fits perfectly the bottom of the jar.

Avoid synthetic fibers to resists the heat.

With 1 skein of DMC baby coton I realized 2 jar protections

  • coton tapestry needle

The gauge is very indicative as the used stitches are a combination of stitches. It is given as hdc stitches.
