Description:
This is a pattern for the adventurous beginner or intermediate level knitter, which is then felted to look more like a real little pair of shoes. Don’t be intimidated by the felting if you’ve never done it before. It’s an easy peasy process, and the pattern will take you step by step throughout the process.
This pattern includes high definition photos throughout! Also included are instructions for an optional knitted flower.
The more complicated techniques used in the pattern include short rows, picking up stitches and knitting in the round. Some video tutorials are available under the “Knitting Help” tab of my website:
Also included are detailed felting instructions to take you step by step. These include instructions for both top-loading and front-loading washing machines, as well as a hand felting alternative.
