Ahoy! If yer kin be liking pirates, ye be needing a pair o’ th’ booties!

When my best and oldest friend became pregnant, I knew I had to make pirate booties for her baby as she has pirate-themed everything. I wasn’t able to find any pirate booty (ha ha) patterns online so I started just messing around and seeing what I could come up with. I scribbled the original pattern down on Post-It notes where I promptly forgot about it after I completed the pair for her, until someone else asked me to make another pair. Figured it was time to make it an official pattern.

Materials
Caron simply soft – black and light tan or other similar weight yarn
G (4mm) crochet hook
Tapestry needle

All terms are in US crochet terminology
