I made this little skirt and headband for my granddaughter and have been inundated with requests for the pattern ever since, so here it is!
You can easily change from the Sashay yarns to nearly any of the fancy scarf yarns available, although the ones with larger holes, like Starbella, are a bit too big for my liking.
