This is a roll brim hat for the base, with embroidered branches, knit flowers and leaves to make a cherry tree on top of the baby’s head!

0-3 ~ 14” circumference 4 1/2” tall
3-6 month~ 16” circumference 5” tall
6-12 month 18” circumference 5 1/2” tall
Toddler 20” circumference 6” tall

You can always make it longer if you prefer!

I used Valley Superwash for the main part of the hat and scraps of it for the leaves. But scraps or other small bits of yarn could be used for flowers, leaves, buds and branches.

The 0-3 takes a little less that one ball of Valley Superwash, the Toddler takes more like a ball and a half if not close to 2 balls.
