Baby Shorts
These baby shorts have served many generations of babies. Now worked in contemporary yarns, updated to convenient circular knitting, the shorts are fun to make and (still) practical to wear.
Skill level: Intermediate
Because of the diagonal knitting effect the shorts stretch nicely and adjust easily to the body. These shorts can first be used as diaper covers (soakers) and - without diapers - be worn as regular shorts.
The waist measures 20” – unstretched. The total length along the hip side (without any leg extension) is about 5.5”.
