This sweet little baby sleeper will keep your favorite baby doll so warm and cozy! The pattern includes a hood, long or short sleeves, and long or short pants. This makes it a fun outfit for both Spring/Summer, and Fall/Winter. Features ribbing around the hood and a front button closure for easy dressing and style!

The Baby Sleeper is crocheted from the top down so that there are no arm seams to sew. The pattern includes instructions for color changes if you want to make the Sleeper with stripes. There are instructions with pictures of how to change colors without fastening off (so you don’t have a bunch of loose ends to weave in), and instructions to crochet the ribbing. You can make this in one solid color without stripes if desired.

Recommended Yarn: Any fingering weight yarn will work well, just be sure to check the gauge.

Skill Level: Advanced. I have rated this pattern advanced because of the shaping, ribbing, and optional color changes that you will have to make. I would recommend it for intermediate crocheters only if you are ready for a challenge. I would not recommend for beginners.

This pattern is designed to fit 15” dolls such as Bitty Baby® and Bitty Twins®. I cannot guarantee that it will fit other 15” baby dolls.

This pattern is 48 pages long. It has been very well written with instructions and step-by-step pictures. The pattern also includes a “summary of instructions”, so that you can print the pattern using less ink. This is basically the written instructions without any pictures. The summary is all black and white and is 13 pages long.
