14 sts and 19 rows to 10cm, (4in) over Irish moss stitch on 6½mm needles or the size required to give correct tension. 10 sts to 5cm, (2in) over wheatear cable panel and 6 sts to 3cm, (1¼in) over chain cable panel on 6½mm needles or the size required to give correct tension. Check your tension - if less stitches use a thinner needle, if more use a thicker needle.
