Crochet hook size E (3.5mm) or size needed to produce the correct gauge

Button: For version 1 is a 3/8” (10mm) Red Heart by: Dritz (Belle Buttons), style BB460. Purchased at JoAnn fabric and craft store. For version 2 is crocheted. “Ch 2. Work 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Slip st in the top of first st. Ch1. Sc in each st. Slip st in the top of first st. Fasten off. Thread yarn end through each stitch and pull tight. Button ball made. For version 3 is a tiny faux pink pearl.
