The Baby Sloth pattern provides instructions to create a darling critter that loves ‘hanging around’ all the time. This lovable amigurumi project is perfect for sloth-fans, and can make a sweet friendship gift, wonderful desk companion, or even unique décor! This little one has many different poses and can sit, lie down, and of course hang! With the use of tiny magnets in its paws, your baby sloth can just about hang out anywhere!
THIS PATTERN CONTAINS: 9 pages of written crochet instructions (US terms) on how to make the sloth doll in its entirety, including the bow, face and eye patch template, and finishing details. It is a comprehensive pattern/tutorial with both written instructions and photos.
Finished Measurements: 4½ inches (11.5 centimeters) from head to butt
Level: advanced beginner; requires familiarity with the crochet stitches below, joining rounds, switching yarn colors, and basic sewing of parts
Stitches/Terms used: magic ring, chain (ch), single crochet (sc), slip stitch (sl st), decrease/”single crochet two stitches together” (dec), increase/”two single crochet in same stitch” (inc), triple/treble crochet (tc)

• Worsted medium weight (4) yarn in main body color (dark brown), secondary body color (beige), and bow color (pink)
• 3.25 mm crochet hook
• A pair of 12mm plastic safety eyes, golden with black iris
• Dark brown and/or black embroidery (for sewing nose, claws, face)
• Beige and dark brown felt
• Yarn needle
• Embroidery needle
• Fiberfill stuffing
• Four round neo magnets (“neodymium”; super strong), 12.7 mm diameter
