BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CROCHET SKILLS IS NEEDED.

what you will need:
yarn ~ main color (MC), accent color for tongue (AC), & BLACK if making yarn eyes
hook size to match yarn weight
stitch marker
polyfil for stuffing
scissors
yarn needle
pins to hold while attaching pieces
safety eyes
OPTIONAL ~ I used a foam hair roller that had a wire inside for the snake as well as polyfil, this only an option, I found them at the Dollar Tree

abbreviations:
st(s) ~ stitch(es)
mr ~ magic ring
ch ~ chain
sc ~ single crochet
ss ~ slip stitch
inc ~ increase
dec ~ decrease
rpt ~ repeat
rnd ~ round
sk ~ skip
F/O ~ fasten off

notes:

1. this pattern is worked in continuous rounds & US terms
2. I use the yarn over technique, using a different may throw sts off
3. I use the invisible decrease technique
4. I used “I Love This Yarn” in AQUA BLUE, RED, & BLACK
5. I used a size “F” hook
6. I used BLACK yarn for the eyes, but if using safety eyes ~ use 9mm 7, roller is only OPTIONAL, if not using one ~ stuff as usual
