This is a pattern for a mismatching ‘pair’ of baby socks. It uses one short row heel, one afterthought heel, a figure-8 cast on for one toe, and a grafted closure for the other.

Both the socks are worked with any DK yarn, on 4mm dpns or circular needle. One 50g ball of yarn will be enough to make two pairs of socks.

The socks fit up to 6 months, but can easily be resized.

The pattern is used as part of a class I teach at The Life Craft in Glasgow, so while it is designed for people who are learning these techniques, the pattern itself does not explain how to work them.
