The ribbing on the leg of these cute little socks ensures that they are stretchy enough that they will stay up all day long.

The socks are knit in the round and from the top down.

Skills: A basic knowledge of knitting socks. Knitting in the round.

Any sock weight yarn can be used.

2 options are given for working the heel flap and instep.

One PDF pattern will be provided with pictures.

I have knit these for friends who later use them as Christmas tree ornaments - especially the newborn to 3 months size.
