Baby Tube Socks
Practice knitting socks by just knitting a tube in the round with no heel, and because its for a baby, it will not take too long.
Babies grow out of socks very quickly with a knitted heel so to make them last that little bit longer, the sock will stay the right size for a few more months.
The design enables the sock to have a good amount of stretch so that it is not tight on the babies feet, ankles and legs. I made these ones for my Grandson who is 5 months old and they are 4.5cm across without any stretch so should give him plenty of room to grow. Plus he might not want to pull these ones off!!
Sock yarn is best to for this pattern because it only uses about 16g of sock yarn. You could easily get 2 pairs out of one 25g of My First Regia.
