Baby Tuk Tuk
This cute little pug bug is just a few days old and has a lot of love to give.
He is 5.5” tall and can roll into a ball in his shell.
Intermediate level pattern. (I have an easy beginner version of it in my shop called Pocket Pug Bug.)
US terms.
Pattern includes lots of pictures to guide you along and some helpful videos on the techniques used.
There’s 4 versions for the eyes depending on what supplies you have at home. Also I included 2 options for the feet too.
You are welcome to sell the finished item you make using this pattern, just please credit the designer Mindmyhook in your listing/social media post.
Materials needed:
• yarn of your choice and 1 or 2 sizes smaller hook than recommended by the label.
I used Paintbox cotton DK (light worsted) yarn in colours 409 Light Caramel for the body (50g), 410 Soft Fudge for the shell (2x50g) and 411 Coffee Bean for the eyebrows, mouth and nails (only a small amount). I used a 2.5mm crochet hook.
• 14 mm brown safety eyes (you can use plain black safety eyes too)
• Fiber fill
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
• Felt in white, black, and light pink
• Fabric glue
If you have any problems with the pattern don’t hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for @Hookedinherts for the testing, you are fab!
