Baby’s first book “Shapes”
The perfect baby book! Made out of cotton and washable! It has it all - colors, shapes and texture! The baby will love it!

This pattern uses tapestry crochet technique.
It is not hard as it may sound because I use only two colors at the same time and there is a step by step picture tutorial how to make pages with this technique.

• Cotton yarn (I used „Unitas Mirabela“, weight: Sport/5 ply, 155 yards (142 meters) in 50 grams (1.76 ounces)) but you can use any other yarn similar to this one
• 3 mm crochet hook
• Yarn needle

You will use a double strand of cotton yarn for this pattern.
That means you will hold two strands together to create one strand while crocheting.

Stitches used:

• ch – chain
• sc - single crochet
• hdc – half double crochet
• dc - double crochet
• trdc – treble crochet
• slst – slip stitch

Level: beginner

The pattern includes a photo tutorial with many pictures showing the process of making in more details.
