The Christmas Stocking is worked from the toe-up, in a true proportionate sock form. None of that stubby foot-things here! Pattern includes ten pages of instructions/charts, a charted alphabet for you to add any name that you desire, and notes on how to “tweak” the pattern to make it into a pair of socks.

This Stocking was made for my expectant grandchild, my first. I wanted to make something “timeless” to commemorate the blessed event. Is there anything more perfect than a collection of Christmas Stockings for the “new” family? Even 50 years from now, as this is hung on the mantle, I will be remembered. This is the third in a series.
