The cutest security blanket with Teddy for your baby or as a gift.
Very cuddly and it will be a bedtime friend to the baby for sure! I used 2 skeins exactly for the blanket and a little more than a half a skein for Teddy.

The pattern comes with 2 choices for the blanket design - Daisy Stitch version and Basket Weave Stitch version.

I have made this in DK with US# 5&6, Worsted Weight with US#7&8, but I like how the Aran weight turned out the best.

Gauge is not important in this project.

I used buttons for the eyes (about 1/2”), and a piece of felt for the nose (about 1 1/4” wide, 1 1/4” long for the Aran weight Teddy).
I would adjust the size of the eyes and the nose for lighter weight yarn as desired.
