Back seat cupholders
Does your car only accommodate cans and cups for the front seat passenger? Mine used to.
Here are a joined pair of cup holders for the back seat of your car, inspired by macrame plant hangers. The finished item consists of two filet-crochet-like cylinders made in the round with chain, slip stitch, and double crochet, plus a round of single crochet at the top for sturdiness. They are stitched together and then both joined to a long chain that is used to tie them on to the console between the front seats of the car. They press quite flat when not in use.
Includes a crochet symbol chart for the first few rounds of each cupholder.
