This pattern is to celebrate the launch of Red Stag Fibre’s Yorkshire Fingering Base. Please check out all their beautiful yarn here!

The colorwork pattern for Bageri is inspired by a delicious cardamom pastry I had at the Hart Bageri in Copenhagen. In this pastry, chunks of flaky, syrup soaked dough are arranged in a neat little pile. I took inspiration from these for the geometric pattern found in the yoke. (But if you see bacon, instead, that’s fine with me too!)

Bageri is a seamless, top-down circular yoke sweater. You can choose to work it as a 3-color version, or a simpler 2-color option. It is easy to adjust length of body and sleeves for a fit that works well for you.
