Thank you so much for choosing to make my plushie pouch! This intermediate-level pattern includes instructions for both night & light dragons. The pouch was designed using Bernat Blanket yarn and a 6.5 mm hook. Using the suggested materials, it will fit a 5x7-inch drawstring bag. Although this pattern explains how to attach the liner, you can make the pouch without a liner as a bag or regular plushie. My finished pouches are about 17 in x 11 in.

This pattern is written in US terms and is worked mostly in the round. The pattern will indicate where we switch to working in rows. The strap for the pouch is “made to fit.”

The dragon parts in this pattern are interchangeable with those in my original dragon/bat pouch design so you can mix and match pieces to create your unique dragon! Check out my testers’ creations on the final page for some ideas! I hope you have fun creating your plushie pouches!
