This beanie quickly became Claudia’s favourite hat this season. As winds are still strong and chilly over here, we’ve chosen 70% wool 30% acrylic yarn for this hat. But it is also a great design for your cotton spring/summer beanie. I used ~70 grams (about 120 meters) of my yarn.

The pattern is really stretchy.
Original item was knit bottom up on 2,75 mm double-point needles and fits both, ~ 6 y.o. girl and adult (up to 56 cm / 22” head circumference).

In this document you’ll find both, written knitting instructions and the pattern chart.

Required skills:
To knit this hat you should be able to knit, purl, make yarn overs, make ones from the strand btw 2 stitches, knit 2 together, 3 together, work simple cables.
