The Balcones Poncho is knit in the round from the bottom up on a circular needle. Loads of easy cushy garter stitch with a panel of patterned brioche stitch to keep your attention. Easier than it looks, the brioche pattern is worked over just the center 39 sts of the poncho.

The Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge is home to an incredible variety of wildlife species that depend on the diversity of habitat conserved and protected on the refuge. Enjoy the nearly seven miles of trails, overlooks and photo blinds found throughout the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge. Amazing views and outdoor adventure awaits you.
