This stocking is knit in Patons Ballybrae which is no longer available as far as I know. It is a heavy, “Tweedy” worsted weight yarn, which gives this stocking a vintage look.

It is knit using a 16”(40.50cm) circular needle and DPN.

I have used small bells to decorate around the top of the stocking. There is plenty of room to place a name if desired.
