This is a beanie-style toque with a four-cornered crown, knit in the round, featuring baltic-style colourwork.

Use your resties for this one; it requires about 4g of each of 6 different colours plus about 30g for the main colour.

The pattern is for a kids-sized hat, but by adding another pattern repeat (12 sts) you may upsize it for an adult. Or use a heavier yarn and larger needles!
