This pattern consists of Lace Wave stitches, Bamboo stitches, Stockinette stitches and Garter stitches.

It is inspired by the beautiful Papiput Linen Yarn color named Ambon.
Ambon Island is part of the Maluku islands of Indonesia. It has beautiful beaches, and is famous for its traditional Crazy Bamboo Dance.

The Pattern consist of both chart and written instructions.
Level: Elementary to Intermediate

The sample used Papiput Linen Yarn.
The gorgeous yarn which before blocking is quite stiff, but it gets softer after each wash.

Suggested Yarn:
Papiput Linen Yarn, Hamanaka Flax C, Papiput Silky Merino Lace Yarn, Anzula Breeze, Artisan Yarns Linen Lace, Diamond Luxury Collection Pima Lino Lace yarn.

This pattern is easily adjusted (Lace Hem, body St-St, sleeve bamboo stitch pattern rows) to suit your preference length and body size.

For Bust size:
S (M, L, XL): 32 (36, 40, 44)” / 81 (91, 102, 112)cm

Final Measurement:
S (M, L, XL): 33¾ (37¾, 41¾, 45¾)” / 86 (96, 106, 116)cm

Needle:
US#2 (2.75mm) 24” (60cm) circular needle (or longer) for larger body
US#2½ (3.0mm) straight or circular needle 24” (60cm) or longer

Yarn: sample use Papiput Linen Yarn, Color: Ambon
Yardage: 1,100 1,200, 1,300, 1,400 yards
Suggest to use lace type linen yarn, or any lace type yarn which is soft so to show the sleeve lace drape effect.

Gauge after slight blocking:
Lace gauge: 26 sts and 40 rows in 4” / 10 cm
St-St gauge: 26 sts and 40 rnds in 4” / 10 cm
Bamboo stitch gauge: 25 sts and 36 rows in 4” / 10 cm
