Basic Information:
Bamboo Shoots Scarf is knit flat in an eyelet pattern using sport weight yarn. Once blocked, a surface crochet technique is worked through the eyelets along the length of the scarf. The tails at each end (with additional MC and CC lengths of yarn) are worked into a bicolor twisted fringe. The pattern is written only. The pattern has been tech edited.

Techniques used:
Knit, purl, k2tog, yo, psso, crochet single stitch

Length x Width = 60”/150cm x 12”/30cm
Fringe Length = 6”/15cm

Materials:
Yarn: Approximately 455 yds/415 m of MC and 98 yds/90 m of CC sport weight yarn that gives you the listed gauge in wool or a wool/nylon blend preferred.
This is just an estimate.

Sample used Olive & Two Ewe Studios Angelou (80% superwash merino / 20% nylon; 328 yds/300 m; 3.5 oz/100 g)
in Merlot (MC) and Avocado (CC)

Gauge:
16 sts and 28 rows to 4” in Bamboo Eyelet Stitch, using US 5/3.75 mm needles (or needles to obtain gauge)
