I’ve had this idea for a banana slouchy hat in my head for about a year. I couldn’t wrap my brain around how to do it until this year. Once I had the idea, I just had to make this hat!

This Banana Slouchy Hat is sized to fit a teen or adult. It calls for I-9/5.50mm crochet hook.

I would consider this an easy pattern for those who already know how to crochet a chainless double crochet foundation and front post double crochet. If you do not already know how to crochet these, please be sure to search for these on YoutTube (videos can be a great resource for beginners - this is also how I learned these techniques ^ ^ ). I would suggest using a soft (medium size 4) yarn. For this one, I used a eco-yarn in sunshine yellow. :)
