♥ Matériel pour la partie tricotée :

Fil bouclé, plusieurs possibilités :
Tricoté en simple
- Environ 35 (60) 100 (180) m de fil bouclé épaisseur DK, soit 1 (1) 2 (3) pelote(s) de Teddy Dear de Gepard Garn, 50% mérinos 40% Alpaca 10% ny-lon, 75m/50g, par exemple.
→ Il sera nécessaire de doubler la bananas de tissu.

ou
Doublé d’un fil lace
- Le métrage de fil bouclé indiqué ci-dessus auquel on ajoute le même métrage d’un fil lace, soit 1 pelote de Kid Seta de Gepard Garn, 70% mohair 30% soie, 210m/25g par exemple.
→ Il reste conseillé de doubler la bananas de tissu, surtout sur les plus grandes tailles.

Doublé de 2 fils lace
- Le métrage de fil bouclé indiqué ci-dessus auquel on ajoute environ 70 (120) 200 (360) m d’un fil lace tenu double, soit 1 (1) 1 (2) pelote(s) de Kid Seta de Gepard Garn, 70% mohair 30% soie, 210m/25g par exemple.
→ Il n’est pas indispensable de doubler la bananas de tissu, surtout sur les plus petites tailles.

Doublé d’un 1 fil light fingering
- Le métrage de fil bouclé indiqué ci-dessus auquel on ajoute environ 70 (120) 200 (360) m d’un fil light fingering, soit 1 (1) 1 (2) pelote(s) de Wild&Soft de Gepard Garn, 60% mérino, 40% soie Tussah, 240m/50g par exemple.

Aiguilles circulaires ou droite de 4.50 à 5.50 mm selon l’option de fil choisie (ou de la taille nécessaire pour obtenir le bon échantillon) et de 0,50 mm supérieurs pour le montage provisoire.

♥ Matériel pour la partie couture :

• Une fermeture à glissière de 15 (20) 30 (40) cm.
• 80 cm (1 m) 1 m 20 (1 m 20) de sangle de coton de 25 (30) 30 (30) mm.
• Une bobine de fil assortie.
• une boucle coulissante métal et une boucle métal rectangle de 25 (30) 30 (30) mm chacune.
• Optionnel : une quantité de tissu suffisante pour réaliser une doublure intérieure.

The Mini and Kid sizes are designed for children.
The Mid and Big sizes are designed for adults.

♥ Gauge: 14 sts x 25 rows = 4 x 4” or 10 x 10 cm in garter stitch.

♥ Materials for the knitting part:

♥ Bouclé yarn, several options:

• Approx. 40 (65) 110 (200) yards // 35 (60) 100 (180) m, i.e. 1 (1) 2 (2) ball(s) of DK weight Bouclé yarn, Teddy Dear by Gepard Garn, 50% mé-rinos 40% Alpaca 10% nylon, 75m/50g for example, → You’ll need to sew a lining to the Bum bag.

or
- The yardage of Bouclé yarn indicated above to which you add approx. the same quantity of a single held lace yarn, i.e. 1 (1) 1 (1) ball of Kid Seta by Gepard Garn, 70% mohair 30% silk, 210m/25g for example.
→ It would still be best to sew a lining to the Bum bag, especially for the bigger size.

or
- The yardage of Bouclé yarn indicated above to which you add approx. 80 (140) 220 (400) yards // 70 (120) 200 (360) m two strand of lace weight yarn, i.e. 1 (1) 1 (2) ball(s) of Kid Seta by Gepard Garn, 70% mohair 30% silk, 210m/25g for example.
→ The lining is optional, especially for the smaller sizes.

or
Approx 70 (110) 200 (330) // 60 (100) 180 (300) m of Worsted weight Bouclé yarn (2 strands held together), i.e. 1 (1) 2 (2) skein(s) of Bouclé by Von Broich Mohair, 78% mohair, 13% wool, 9% nylon, 170m/100g, for example.
→ The lining is optional, especially for the smaller sizes.

Circular or straight needles from US 7 to US 9 (4.50 to 5.50 mm) depending on the yarn option chosen (or the size required to obtain the right gauge) and 0.50 mm larger (US +1) for provisional cast-on (US +1).

And: stitch-holder or scrap yarn, tapestry needle, stitch markers.

♥ Material for the sewing part:

• A 6 (8) 12 (16)” // 15 (20) 30 (40) cm zip.
• 32 (39) 47 (47)” // (1 m) 1 m 20 (1 m 20) of 1,18” // 30 mm cotton webbing.
• A matching sewing thread.
• One metal adjusting buckle and one rectangle metal buckle, both 1,18” // 30 mm.
• Optional: enough fabric to make an inner lining.
