Yep, in high school I was a confirmed band/theatre dork.
Unapologetic, as a matter of fact! I remember the uniforms with the decorations along the sides and the braids across the chest, which inspired this design. Simple cables and a /knit/purl pattern on the front evoke those band uniforms of yore.

Knitting socks is MUCH more fun than high school, and so here you are – my homage to those misty water color musical memories from so many years ago…
