Bandon
The inspiration for this design came from the beauty of Bandon, Oregon - a place I have never been to, but often go to in my imagination. In my mind it is magical place blessed by pine forests and fairies, where the salt air raps around your dreams and carries them off in the wind.
These socks are knit from the cuff down. The length of the leg can be shortened or lengthened to your preference. The heel is shaped using the heel flap method and the toe is grafted together with Kitchener stitch. Instructions are written for the magic loop technique.
Youtube video tutorials are linked throughout the pattern to help familiarize you with techniques that may be new to you. Feel free to ignore them if you don’t need the assistance.
