Barbie Pleated Skirt
Easy to make, this little skirt pattern is knit in the round using a circular needle, and the Magic Loop technique, OR with double pointed needles. You can use a bit of leftover sock or lace weight yarn, but for best results use some #10 crochet cotton. This will give you a nice crisp finish, perfect for a pleated skirt. Balls of leftover crochet cotton always seem to be plentiful at second hand, and charity shops.
This pattern is included in Best Barbie Knits (Second Edition).
