PATTERN NOTES
Sock leg is worked flat in columns of intarsia and seamed using a linking technique. Waste yarn is applied at selvedges to hold the side loops open to allow for the linked seam. Waste yarn sections are worked in stockinette throughout; intarsia columns are worked in Lace Pattern. Once the leg is complete and seamed to form a tube, the remainder of the project is worked in the standard manner for a sock with a heel flap, heel turn, gusset, foot and toe. Feel free to substitute your preferred method for the heel and toe.
