Barhin Peacock Feather Motif
This PDF crochet pattern is for a small crocheted peacock feather, which looks fabulous in all kinds of color combinations.
WHAT YOU CAN USE THE FEATHERS FOR:
There are so many lovely ways to use the feathers. You could use the ones made with Candy Floss thread yarn to make earrings; so sweet and small. And make a matching necklace with a feather pendant.
You could also decorate cards; glue the feathers on to form a beautiful shape and send it to a dear friend to put a smile on their face.
The larger ones are very suitable as dangles on a bag, purse or keyring for example, but could also be sewn on a jeans pocket, phone cover, notebook sleeve or cushion cover. What about gluing them onto small gift boxes?
And they make lovely birthday, teacher, holiday or housewarming gifts.
Pattern includes:
- Clear written instructions in bullet point form and close-up photos
- US and UK crochet terms (there’s also a Dutch version for download)
- Details on Scheepjes Catona and Candy Floss yarn and the colors I used
Measurements:
Feather with Candy Floss thread yarn 1.25mm hook: approx. 1.5 x 2.5cm / 0.6 x 1in
Feather with Catona yarn 2.5mm hook: approx. 3 x 4cm / 1.2 x 1.6in
Level: BEGINNERS with some experience as the Candy Floss is a really thin 2-ply thread yarn worked with a small hook and it takes some experience to become comfortable using it.
After payment you will be able to download the files immediately. If somehow this does not work, please let me know and I will email the PDFs as soon as possible.
